Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, and company when you request a demo or contact us. We also collect usage data when you interact with our platform, including information necessary to provide the service. All data is obfuscated and anonymized.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, to communicate with you about your account and our products, to comply with legal obligations, and to protect the security and integrity of our platform.
Your Client Data
WealthIris operates in a closed-loop architecture. We do an initial synch of your data, creating a mirror of the Black Diamond data. This data is updated daily, and securely stored in our Google Cloud Platform. All data is fully encrypted, and not visible to any member of WealthIris or its affiliates.
Data Retention
Your data is stored while you have an active subscription. Upon termination of your subscription, all data is immediately deleted after the final day of the active subscription. Your query history is available, by request, for 30 days after the termination of your subscription, at which point it will be deleted. We are not responsible for retention of records for regulatory reasons: all clients are expected to export their records, as required.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers who assist in our operations, subject to confidentiality agreements. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@chata.ai. We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
